Ministries
Sunday School
Sunday school meets at 9:50 with worship services at 9:00 and 11:00 AM. All youth meet in the Youth Center upstairs in the Family Life Center for a time of gathering announcements and prayer before splitting into separate classes.

Sunday Night Live (SNL)
We meet on Sunday nights at the church from 5:30-8:00 PM for SNL, a time of fun, fellowship, and discussion oriented sessions with a small group of peers. All youth meet in the Family Life Center from 5:30-8:00 PM with dinner and worship together. Check the Upcoming Events
page for 'special outings'.

Holy Rock Cafe
Holy Rock Cafe meets on Wednesdays from 4:30-6:00 PM. This is an opportunity for youth to 'chill' after school with their peers. We are going to be offering some organized games and fun during this hour in addition to social hour in the Youth Center. Youth have the opportunity to buy snacks for reasonable prices.

Bible Studies
After Holy Rock Cafe we have our Wednesday Evening Bible Studies. This is a time for our youth to take the next step in their faith journey and dive deeper into the word of God.

  • Middle School: Wednesday (5:30-6:00 PM)
All middle school youth (6th-8th grade) meet in the Youth Center with Laurie every week from 7:00-8:00. We will start the evening with a time of prayer and dive deep into God's word.

  • High School: Wednesday (7:00-8:00 PM)
All high school youth (9th-12th grade) meet in the Youth Center with Matt every week from 7:00-8:00. We will start the evening with a time of prayer and dive deep into God's word.

Praise Band
On Sunday afternoons at 3:30 PM, our youth Praise Band rehearses in the gym of the FLC. They lead worship on Sunday nights for SNL  and occasionally during the Sunday morning worship services. For more information about the Praise Band, please contact Matt Parker.

Confirmation

Confirmation classes for youth sixth grade and up are offered each winter beginning in January and ending in March. These classes offer study and discussion on Christian beliefs, Methodism, the Bible and Christian discipleship. At the end of the course, participants will decide for themselves whether to renew the vows taken for them at baptism; to follow Christ and be faithful disciples.

Local Missions
Throughout the year, we offer several opportunities to spread God's love in our own community. We participate in missions with Atlanta Women's Day Shelter, Atlanta Food Bank, Norcross Cooperative Ministries, M.U.S.T. Ministries, and others. For a listing of upcoming local missions, check our Upcoming Events or Missions page.
